TieOut Website Privacy Notice
Effective October 8, 2026
This notice explains what Priceless Plus Corporation ("we," "us," "PPC"), the maker of TieOut, collects through the website erptieout.com and how we use it.
1. What We Collect
1.1 Information you send us. If you request the sample report or contact us through the website, we collect what you type into the form: your name, company name, work email address, the ERP system you run, and, if you choose to provide them, a phone number and a note. If you email us directly, we keep the email and any information in it.
1.2 Server logs. Our web server records the IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and time of each request. We use server logs only to keep the site running and to investigate security issues. We delete server logs after ninety (90) days.
1.3 Fonts. The site loads typefaces from files hosted on our own server. No visitor data is sent to a third-party font service.
1.4 Nothing else. The site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no tracking pixels. We do not purchase data about visitors. The site does not set any first-party cookies that track you across visits.
2. How We Use It
We use the information you provide to:
(i) send you the sample report you requested;
(ii) respond to your questions;
(iii) follow up if you have asked about an assessment or a subscription; and
(iv) send you occasional email about TieOut.
Every marketing or follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we stop. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for any other company's marketing.
3. Who Else Receives It
3.1 Zoho Corporation. The website form posts directly to Zoho CRM, which is the customer-relationship system we use. Zoho hosts PPC's CRM data in the United States and processes it on our behalf under Zoho's data processing addendum. Zoho does not use the data for its own purposes. Zoho's privacy policy is available at zoho.com/privacy.html.
3.2 Hostinger International Ltd. The site is hosted on a server we rent from Hostinger. Hostinger International Ltd is based in Cyprus and maintains data centers in the European Union (Netherlands and Lithuania), the United Kingdom, and other locations. Hostinger provides infrastructure; it does not access or process the data you submit through the website form, which goes directly to Zoho. Server logs described in Section 1.2 are stored on the Hostinger server and deleted after ninety (90) days.
3.3 No other recipients. We do not share your information with any other company, data broker, or advertising network.
3.4 Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by a court order, subpoena, or applicable law, or if reasonably necessary to protect PPC's legal rights, enforce this notice, or respond to a claim that content on the site violates a third party's rights.
3.5 Business transfer. If PPC is acquired, merges with another company, or sells substantially all of its assets, information collected through this site may be transferred to the successor. We will post notice of the transfer on this page before it takes effect.
4. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information
PPC does not sell your personal information. PPC does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use the terms "sell" and "share" as they are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. If PPC ever changes this practice, we will update this notice and provide any opt-out rights required by law before doing so.
5. The TieOut Product
The TieOut application runs on our customers' own servers, inside their own networks. We do not receive, host, store, or process our customers' financial data through the product. The Data Handling and Security Statement, available on request and incorporated by reference in our customer agreements, describes this in detail.
6. Retention
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as we are in contact with you or your company, and for three (3) years after our last contact, then delete them. Server logs are deleted after ninety (90) days. If a contract, legal hold, or law requires us to keep information longer, we do so for the minimum period required and then delete it.
7. Your Choices
7.1 Access, correction, and deletion. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email privacy@erptieout.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days.
7.2 Unsubscribe. To stop receiving marketing email from us, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email privacy@erptieout.com. We honor every request within ten (10) business days. Our practice is same-day.
7.3 Do not submit the form. If you prefer not to share your information, do not submit the form. You may email us directly at support@erptieout.com instead.
8. State Privacy Laws
PPC is a small company. As of the effective date of this notice, PPC does not meet the applicability thresholds of any state comprehensive privacy law currently in effect, including the following:
(i) California (CCPA/CPRA). Applies to businesses with annual gross revenue exceeding $26,625,000, or that buy, sell, or share personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers or households, or that derive 50% or more of annual revenue from selling or sharing personal information. PPC meets none of these.
(ii) Virginia (VCDPA). Applies to businesses that control or process personal data of at least 100,000 Virginia consumers, or at least 25,000 Virginia consumers while deriving more than 50% of gross revenue from the sale of personal data. PPC meets neither threshold.
(iii) Colorado (CPA). Applies to businesses that process personal data of 100,000 or more Colorado consumers annually, or 25,000 or more Colorado consumers while deriving any revenue from the sale of personal data. PPC meets neither threshold.
(iv) Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states. Each has consumer-count or revenue thresholds that PPC does not meet.
If PPC becomes subject to any state privacy law, we will update this notice and provide any additional rights those laws require. Regardless of these thresholds, we honor access, correction, and deletion requests from any visitor (Section 7.1).
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our CRM account and our servers is limited to PPC staff, protected by multi-factor authentication and key-based access. We do not store payment card information. PPC invoices by ACH or wire; no card payments are accepted.
10. Children
The site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen (16). If we learn we have collected information from a person under sixteen, we will delete it promptly.
11. International Visitors
The site is aimed at companies in the United States. We do not target visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Canada. If you visit from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and stored in the United States. By using the site and submitting information through it, you acknowledge this transfer. If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom and do not wish your information to be transferred to the United States, please do not submit the form; you may contact us by email at support@erptieout.com to discuss alternatives.
12. Changes
We will post changes to this notice on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights under this notice, we will note the change prominently on the page for at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect.
